Education and Training

Overview

FEC's Education and Training Unit is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers a range of courses, both accredited and non-accredited, for those seeking further education or professional development.

FEC specialises in Assessment and Workplace Training, Teachers Assistant, Community Services, Business Services and providing professional development workshops to organisations that enhance participants' current skills and knowledge.

Learning is tailored to the specialised and cultural needs of a group, a workplace or an individual. Non-accredited, or skill specific courses can also be developed in order to meet identified client needs. All training can be conducted either at the FEC or off the premises in workplaces, halls or other venues as negotiated.

FEC creates a supportive and flexible environment for all participants. All our trainers are qualified and experienced, providing exceptional support and advice. Participants who fall behind for any reason are given assistance and extra time to catch up. Flexible pathways in learning and assessment can also be offered.
