What is the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment?

The Training & Assessment qualification is designed to meet the current and future needs of new and existing personnel working within a training environment.  The training package provides significant choice and flexibility to suit a diverse audience operating in a wide range of environments.  This qualification is used to develop specific competencies for training and/ or assessment practices for new or experienced trainers.
